Should you require the Poster Printing urgently, we will be able to support delivery as fast as 1 working day, as long orders are made before 12pm on the same day.  

Artwork Instructions & Details:
- Our design fees at set at a rate of $40/hr. Do note that there will be a minimum charge or $40(1hr) for all jobs. 
-Design work includes any namecard edits, resizing of images, colour mode conversion etc.
- For customers who will be uploading their own design, please kindly adhere to the File Specification as mentioned above. Print City shall not be responsible for any reprinting due to incorrect file specifications.

Turnaround Production:
- Turnaround Time will commence upon artwork confirmation. You will receive an email on the artwork confirmation prior to job commencement.
- Production will only commence upon artwork and payment confirmation
- Lead time is based on Working Days, not including Weekends and Public Holidays.

Payment Information:
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars and subject to additional 7% GST.
- Payment modes will be PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque.
- Payment must be made within 24 hours upon order submission. Otherwise, it may be canceled without prior notice.
- You will receive an invoice upon confirmation of payment.
