Upon submission of your name card printing order, you will get your product within the next 7-9 working days!
Artwork Instructions & Details:
- Should you require artwork design service, it will be capped at 1 Concept, 3 Revisions. Additional concepts will be charged at $40, and $10 per revision.
- For customers who will be uploading their own design, please kindly adhere to the File Specification as mentioned above. Print City shall not be responsible for any re-printing due to incorrect file specifications.

Turnaround Production:
- Turnaround Time will commence upon artwork confirmation. You will receive an email on the artwork confirmation prior to job commencement.
- Production will only commence upon artwork and payment confirmation
- Lead time is based on Working Days, not including Weekends and Public Holidays.
Payment Information:
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars and subject to additional 7% GST.
- Payment modes will be PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque.
- Payment must be made within 24 hours upon order submission. Otherwise, it may be canceled without prior notice.
- You will receive an invoice upon confirmation of payment.
